Microneedling works when needles hit a set depth — and only that depth. The A20 locks it three ways: the AVOS motor drives needles straight in and straight out, the dial holds any depth from 0 to 2.5mm, and the 3-lock cartridge physically can’t wobble loose. That’s the Locked-Depth System.
